The service is provided by Jorge Leonardes Santos LDA (Scalinth brand), VAT PT515989053, registered at R. Sto. Espírito 38-46, 9700-178 Ilha Terceira, Azores, Portugal. Scalinth promotes your product or service by email, in your name, to companies in the country, regions or sectors you choose. Each campaign has its own page where interested parties leave a contact request, which is sent to you by email.
The service runs on prepaid credit: you top up any amount, from the equivalent of 5 requests. Each contact request received deducts €14.90 + VAT from the credit. There are no subscriptions, lock-in or setup costs. Credit does not expire.
The price per request may vary depending on the campaign's country or sector; in that case it is agreed with you before the campaign goes into production.
After you receive the proposal and the campaign page, the campaign goes into production after the first credit top-up. You can pause the campaign at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse campaigns contrary to law or to email best practices. In that case, unused credit is refunded.
All sending is clearly identified, in your name, and always includes a way for the recipient to stop receiving communications.
