Common questions

Is this spam?
No. We send relevant messages, in your name, to companies in your sector, always with an opt-out. We never buy or sell lists.
What is a contact request?
It's when a company sees your product and fills in the form asking you to contact them. You only pay for these — never for opens or ignores.
Do I have to do anything?
Just create the campaign. We handle the copy, the sending and the page. You receive the requests in your inbox, ready to call.
When and how do I pay?
You top up credit by card (Stripe) — any amount, from 1 request. Each contact request deducts €9.90 + VAT. When credit runs out, the campaign pauses until you top up again. No subscriptions, no contracts.
How do I top up credit?
With the Top up credit button. You pay via Stripe with the same email as your campaign and the credit stays linked to that email. No dashboards, no bureaucracy.
Which areas can I target?
You can choose the whole country or just certain regions and sectors. The more local, the better it usually converts.
Do I need to bring a contact list?
No. The database is ours: over 100 million companies worldwide, filtered by country, region, sector and contact quality (bounces and invalid addresses removed). You only describe your product and your market.
Do the emails go out from my inbox?
No. Sending happens from our own infrastructure, with warmed-up domains and IPs, signed with your name and your brand. You set up nothing. Contact requests arrive at your email.
Which address do the emails come from?
From sending domains dedicated to your campaign, managed by us, with your name and signature. Replies and contact requests arrive directly at your email.
How is this different from cold email platforms or list sellers?
Those tools give you one piece of the work and leave you the rest: buying or importing lists, writing copy, warming up domains, managing the sending — all paid upfront, with no guarantee of results. Here everything is included: database, copy, our own sending infrastructure and your campaign page. You only pay when a company asks for contact.
